Advanced/Body Reflexology This is a two day training that is open to Certified Reflexologists and takes you beyond the physical to a new level in understanding what the tender points in the feet represent. Learn how to read the feet and give deep pain-free sessions. Learn to read the body; gain insight into working the body reflex points; see, palpate and release blocked energy on the body; locate the center of resistance to help restore pain-free flexibility. Myo-Fascial Release Fascia is connective tissue that surrounds the spinal column and from there spreads out and surrounds all organs and muscles. In this weekend workshop learn to free the restrictions in this membrane by stretching and unwinding techniques. Berit’s method is to go slowly and gently to allow adaptation of all tissue being manipulated. |
